Who we are

Registration and seats

A seat is confirmed only when payment has been received and we have sent written confirmation. Seats are limited by design and allocated in order of confirmed payment. Where a programme is application-based, we reserve the right to decline an application without giving reasons.

What we commit to

• Delivering the session on the announced date, at the announced venue, for the announced duration.
• Giving you the materials described on the relevant workshop page.
• Keeping what you say in the room confidential to the room, other than in anonymised or aggregate form.

What we ask of you

• Attend for the full duration. These sessions are sequential and arriving late or leaving early undermines your own outcome and the room's.
• Respect the confidentiality of what other participants disclose. This is not negotiable and is grounds for removal.
• Do not record audio or video without written consent.

Changes and cancellation by us

If we must change the date, venue, or facilitator, we will tell you as soon as we know. If we cancel a session outright, you may transfer to the next cohort or receive a full refund — your choice.

Outcomes

We facilitate honest work; we do not guarantee business results. What changes after the day depends on what you do with it. Nothing on this site is a promise of specific revenue, profit, or performance outcomes.

Intellectual property

Workbooks, frameworks and materials remain our intellectual property. They are supplied for your own use. Reproducing or delivering them commercially requires our written permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
