Cancellation by you

• More than 14 days before the session: full refund, less any payment gateway charges actually incurred.
• 7 to 14 days before: 50 percent refund, or a full transfer of your seat to the next cohort.
• Less than 7 days before: no refund, but you may transfer your seat once to the next cohort, or send a colleague in your place at no extra cost.

No-shows

If you do not attend and have not told us in advance, no refund is payable. Materials will be couriered to you on request.

Twelve-month programmes

Mahabharat is a twelve-month commitment and is invoiced as such. Withdrawal within the first thirty days entitles you to a refund of the balance less the value of sessions already delivered and materials already supplied. After thirty days, fees are non-refundable, though we will work with you on scheduling if your circumstances change.

Cancellation by us

If we cancel a session, you choose: a full refund, or a transferred seat in the next cohort. We will not keep your money against your wishes.

How to request a refund

Write to inquiry@kurukshetraworkshops.com with your registration name and payment reference. Approved refunds are processed within seven to ten working days to the original payment method.
