Every team member has a go-to excuse — a pattern of avoidance they have perfected over years. In this session each participant identifies the specific behaviours and justifications that protect them from responsibility, and makes a conscious choice to put the weapon down. This single shift changes the accountability culture of a team faster than any policy.
Sva Darshanस्व दर्शन
A structured self-evaluation of strengths, blind spots, work ethic, and attitude under pressure. This is not a performance review and no manager sees it — it is a personal audit each individual conducts on themselves. The output is self-awareness, which is the only thing that makes coaching possible afterwards.
Communication That Leadsसंवाद
Poor communication sits at the root of most workplace friction. This segment works on how team members speak, listen and engage with managers, peers and clients — specifically on closing the gap between what a person intends to say and what actually lands with the other person.
Clarity, Commitment and Growthसंकल्प
The day closes with each participant declaring one specific change they will make in the week ahead. Not a vague intention — a concrete action with a timeframe, said out loud in front of the people it affects. This is where the day's reflection becomes Monday's behaviour.
