What we collect, and what we do not.

What we collect
When you submit an enquiry, register for a workshop, or ask us to email you a Battlefield Report, we collect the details you give us: your name, company, role, email address, phone number, city, team size, and whatever you write in the message field. When you complete the Diagnostic we also store your answers and resulting scores alongside that enquiry, so we understand your context before we speak.
What we do not collect
The Unsaid Inventory sends us nothing. What you write there is held in your own browser's local storage on your own device, and it never reaches our servers. We cannot read it, recover it, or delete it for you — only you can, using the clear button on that page.
We do not sell, rent, or share your details with third parties for marketing. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and answer your questions.
- To administer your workshop registration and payment.
- To send you the Battlefield Report you asked for.
- To follow up on the accountability commitments you make during a programme, where you are enrolled in one.
Payments
Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not receive or store your full card details. Razorpay's own privacy terms govern that part of the transaction.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are retained for three years so we can maintain continuity if you come back to us. Programme participant records are retained for seven years for accounting purposes. You may ask us to delete your details at any time.
Your rights
Write to inquiry@kurukshetraworkshops.com to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We will respond within thirty days.
